History
As a young man Rick Middlebrook had an idea for the perfect company name, Aces Four. If he ever founded a company he knew that’s what he would name it. In 1978 he found his calling and quit his job as an inspector with the City of Seattle to found Aces Four Construction Company with Peggy Middlebrook. Although we’ve outgrown the early days, when our one backhoe had to be driven on surface streets to reach the next job site with Peggy following behind in her Volkswagen Beetle with the four way flashers on, we’ve had the same values since day one: honesty, integrity, and courtesy.

Our president and chief estimator, Rick keeps an eye on the entire company. He will meet you on-site to assess your situation, present you with all your options, and line out the crew to ensure work is performed to our high standards.
Friendly and efficient, she keeps things running smoothly and manages calls from business customers and homeowners with wit and aplomb. A true partner of Aces Four, her pride in the company is evident in all she does.
When you call the office, she'll guide you through the entire process, from estimate to clean-up, to make sure your sewer or drainage project is as painless as possible. Tracy's been managing all aspects of Aces Four since 2003.

Mike Belcher
Our chief estimator and crew superintendent, he's learned from the best, working with his Dad here at Aces Four since 1991. Rick Jr brings his friendly and adept analysis to every job. He will meet you on-site, discuss your situation, and provide you with options and an estimate for repairing your sewer or drainage problem.
Mike's been a part of the Aces Four family since 2004. Friendly and extemely knowledgeable, he can run our rooter equipment or hydro-jetter to clear blockages in your sewer or drainage pipes. He's also expert at video inspection services, allowing us to inspect and diagnose the condition of your sewer and drainage pipes.
